SHIPPING

All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, if received before
2pm, will be sent that day. 

Orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these 
days will be sent out within the next two business days.

The festive season may also cause a little delay so please be aware that 
between the 20th of December  and 10th of January is a very busy period 
for both Us and the couriers we use so to ensure delivery before Christmas, 
please order with a few days to spare.

  • Rural $10

Our products are sent directly to you from Our HQ in Wellington. We use a signature required courier service for all orders throughout New Zealand. All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind of the customer and wiki skincare. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the courier’s office or depot. 
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O Box. Physical addresses only.

Choose your shipping at the checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Courier delivery is 1-2 business days.

  • Signature required on delivery
  • 3 - 7 working days to delivery

If you live outside of New Zealand, Europe, UK, the USA or Australia and wish to 
have a product shipped to you, please email us with your destination and we will 
provide you with a shipping cost, if possible. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred 
on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
